The opportunity As a newly created position within the structure, the Capital Works Section are seeking a Contracts & Project Administrator to provide high level support and administer the contractual and procurement systems, project processes and prepare project specific documentation for the Civil Projects and RMCC team. Internally the official title of this position is Contract Support Officer. This is a permanent opportunity – working full-time working 35 hours / week access to a flexible working arrangement which includes the flexibility to design your own work patterns working 28-35 hours per week ! Base Salary Range: $73,236 - $86,086 pa based on 35 hours / week 12% superannuation $2,312 retention allowance You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace Some of the key responsibilities within this role are listed below however you can view the full list here Prepare and distribute documentation to support asset maintenance and construction activities. Maintain and coordinate contracts, purchasing, and procurement with relevant stakeholders. Track and monitor project costs to support delivery within budget.
